Blue Island  2nd Ward Alderman Fred Bilotto announced the upcoming newsletter entitled “Our Blue Island”.  The newsletter will feature news and information about Blue Island and the 2nd ward. The publication is brought to readers by William Cazares as well. Both men serve as aldermen of the 2nd ward.
